PUBLICATION unit is one of the vital part of Directorate of Printing, Stationery & Publication, Odisha which deals with the storage, distribution and sale of different Government publications meant for distribution and public sale including Government Diary, Calendar and other important publication.

This unit also bears the responsibility of distribution and sale of Odisha Gazettes and Extra-Ordinary Gazettes published by Director, Printing, Stationery & Publication, Odisha.

This apart, the copies all Debates of Odisha Legislative Assembly are also been distributed regularly to the High dignitaries, all members of Assembly etc. as per the mailing list provided by the Assembly.

All important Government offices and high dignitaries including Supreme Court of India, Parliament of India, H.E. “The Governor of Odisha”, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Council of Ministers etc. are being distributed with the copies of Odisha Gazettes, Extra-Ordinary Gazettes, OLA Debates, Diaries, Calendars etc. by Publication unit in regular manner strictly as per the approved mailing/distribution list provided by the Government.

Government Diaries and Calendars are also sold to public and other offices by Publication unit in both online and offline mode. In offline mode, the public sale counters are being opened at different places of the State including Cuttack and Bhubaneswar during the last week of December every year till completion of the sale targets.
